2026.10.17.5 — Bulk delete on the seven live investment tables
Select many Bank, Stocks, US Stocks, Mutual Funds, FD, PPF, or EPF rows, review one delete, then remove them in a single request.
Version 2026.10.17.5 · Last reviewed 2026-10-17
Summary
- On Bank Account, Stocks, US Stocks, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposit, Public Provident Fund, and Employee Provident Fund, ticking rows opens a selection toolbar (768px and above) or bottom bar (narrower) with Clear, the count, and Delete
- The header checkbox selects the visible page; Select all N matching this view covers the current account and year up to 500 rows — above that, Delete stays disabled until you narrow the view
- The count reads N selected or N selected (n not on this page); Show selected focuses the table on your ticks; changing year or account clears the selection
- Viewers see no checkboxes or Delete; offline disables Delete with You're offline. Bulk changes need a connection.
- One review shows the count, totals (US Stocks in dollars with a muted rupee line when a rate is available), Dates, Accounts when needed, goal-link warnings, and PPF/EPF account stays, with a ₹0 balance notes when you empty an account's ledger
- One request deletes the selection — a failed id deletes nothing and keeps your ticks; already-deleted ids are skipped in the toast (for example 3 deleted. 1 was already deleted.); the row ⋮ Delete opens the same review for one row
Who it affects
- Anyone who removes snapshots, holdings, or transactions on the seven live type dashboards (Members and above)
