What belongs here

Uploads such as:

  • PDF statements
  • Images of documents
  • Spreadsheets (CSV and similar)
  • Other supported file types under Other

Files stay tied to your workspace so you can find an upload later without digging through a single chat.

Working with files

The library uses a two-row toolbar:

  1. Library title and search — find files by name
  2. Selection, view, and filters — stay in place when you select files

You can:

  • Switch between list and grid views (your choice is remembered on this device)
  • Filter by type (PDF, Spreadsheet, Image, Other)
  • Select files, then Select all (visible matches), Clear, or Delete selected
  • Download (secure temporary link), preview when supported, or remove a file

On smaller screens, selection and filter controls stay the same shape and show icons; labels appear on larger screens.

Treat uploads as sensitive financial documents. Prefer the official Invesh surfaces; do not share statements through untrusted channels.

How Files fits with Artha

You can attach files while chatting in Artha — upload new ones, or pick from Recent files (same list/grid library and type filters). Those uploads appear in Files so you can reuse or clean them up later.

Removing a saved library file from the chat composer only detaches it from that message. The file stays in Files until you delete it there. Fresh uploads that were never kept in the library are still cleaned up when you remove them from the composer.

Review any import proposal in Artha before you approve a change.
