Workspaces and collaboration
How workspaces, members, invites, and roles work in Invesh.
Last reviewed 2026-07-29
A workspace is the space that holds your investments, activity, and collaboration settings.
| Surface | What you do |
|---|---|
| Workspaces list | Switch active workspace, see role pills, create a workspace |
| Pending invites | Accept or decline invitations from the workspaces page |
| Workspace settings | Rename the workspace, manage members, danger zone (delete / transfer where allowed) |
| Default home | Profile preference for Wealth Dashboard vs Artha after sign-in |
Personal workspaces show as Private. Shared workspaces show your role (Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer).
A personal workspace should always exist. If the Workspaces list loads successfully but is empty, Invesh shows a full-page status screen titled We couldn't find your workspaces with Retry — not a “create your first workspace” empty state. See Loading, empty, and error states.
Members and invites
Owners and admins (subject to permissions) can invite people by email. Invitees get an invitation link by email. Invites expire after 14 days. Inviting the same email again refreshes the token (there is no separate Resend button). You can change assignable roles, revoke pending invites, and remove members from Workspace settings → Members.
If an invite link fails or you are signed in with the wrong email, Invesh shows a full-page status screen — for example Invitation not found, Invitation unavailable, or Wrong account — with Back to workspaces or Sign in with another account. See Loading, empty, and error states.

If you cannot open a settings area
If workspace settings cannot load for your account (for example the workspace no longer exists or you cannot access it), Invesh shows the shared Oops! Page not found screen with Go back, Go to home, and Explore. See Loading, empty, and error states.
