Manage workspace members
Invite people to a workspace, change roles, revoke invites, and remove members.

Invite collaborators to a shared workspace, assign roles, and clean up pending invites. Personal workspaces show as Private and are not for multi-member collaboration the same way.
Prerequisites: you need permission to invite or manage members (Owner or Admin). See Workspace roles.
Open the app as you go
Members live under Workspace settings in the Invesh app.
Invite a member
Open workspace settings
Go to Workspaces, open the workspace, then Settings. Open the Members section.
Invite member
Choose Invite member. Enter the person’s email and choose an assignable role (Admin, Member, or Viewer). Owner is not assignable via invite.
Send
Submit the invite. They receive an invitation link by email. Invites expire after 14 days. Inviting the same email again refreshes the token (there is no separate Resend button). Pending invites appear in the same Members section until accepted or revoked.
Accept or decline an invite
On the Workspaces list, pending invitations show accept / decline actions. Accepting joins you to that workspace with the invited role.
Change a role
In Members, use the role control on a non-owner member (when your role can change members’ roles — Owner or Admin). Assignable roles are Admin, Member, and Viewer.
Revoke a pending invite
In the pending invites list, revoke an invitation that should no longer be used.
Remove a member
Select remove on a member who is not the owner (and not yourself). Confirm in the dialog. You cannot remove the workspace owner from this list.
