Add a snapshot or holding

When and how to enter data by hand — balance snapshots, holdings, or PPF / EPF transactions — with links to each live type.

Use manual entry when you have a small set of updates, need a quick correction, or are finishing first-time setup for a live type: Bank Account, Stocks, US Stocks, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposit, Public Provident Fund, or Employee Provident Fund.

Prerequisites: a workspace where you can create data, and an account for that type.

Open the app as you go

Labels match forms in the Invesh app for the live types.

Where to find Add

  1. Open the type dashboard (Bank Account, Stocks, US Stocks, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposit, Public Provident Fund, or Employee Provident Fund).
  2. Select the account (or create one first).
  3. Choose the Add control for that type:
    • Bank AccountAdd Snapshot (opens the balance form directly)
    • Stocks / US Stocks / Mutual FundsAdd HoldingManual Entry (or Bulk Entry / AI Import)
    • Fixed DepositAdd DepositManual Entry (or Bulk Entry / AI Import)
    • Public Provident FundAdd TransactionManual Entry (or AI Import)

AI Import opens Artha with a prefilled prompt for that product; the message is not sent until you attach a file or send it. You can also start from Artha’s assisted create flows when you prefer a blank chat.
