Start a support conversation from the in-app Support page and track replies.

Open a ticket when you need help from Invesh support — login, plan questions, bugs, or anything else the topic tiles cover.
Open Support
In the Invesh app, open the user menu and choose Support.
Pick a topic
Choose a common topic tile, or start a conversation from the inbox:

Fill the ticket
Enter subject and details. Set category and severity when prompted. The app may attach light client context (page and app version) automatically.
Submit and watch status
Send the ticket. Track it in your Support inbox under Needs your reply, Waiting for support, or Resolved. Reply in the thread when the team asks for more information — a reply on a resolved ticket reopens it.
